Naples Pizzeria — The Grange
Naples Pizzeria — The Grange
The carbonara served at Naples Pizzeria in The Grange has got to be one of the creamiest and delicious tasting ones I have experienced in Brisbane so far. It is true, Naples offers hearty, homely and honest Italian fare at a decent price. The ambience isn’t the most appealing of restaurants around these days (for example the no-fuss table/chair sets, understated decor and the sometimes awkward placement of brightly-lit down lights) however the Brisbane Bites team still would rank it as an “excellent” for its excellence in simplicity.
Movenpick — The Barracks
Movenpick — The Barracks
Ice cream is one of my favourite foods. It is even more delicious in the peak of summer where sweltering heats leave one bothered to say the least. So, recently I took a friend to the trendy Barracks precinct for some reprieve from the sun and to indulge in divine Swiss (Switzerland) ice cream.
I have lived in Switzerland for a while and can tell you that it is just as much as popular there as it is becoming here! That is perhaps not the case for another Australian chain of ice cream stores, Royal Copenhagen, and Denmark, as I discovered on my recent travels.

Limes Hotel Thursday Rooftop Wine Club
To be honest, it was our first time at Limes Hotel, but boy were we impressed! Beautiful roof-top bar, perfect weather, sky-line sunset, flowing wine and zesty, mouthwatering tapas… couldn’t ask for more!
The Brisbane Bites team attended the LAUNCH of Limes Hotel’s Thursday Rooftop Wine Club on Thursday 20/09/12.
