Popular might be an understatement when referring to West End’s Little Greek Taverna. Having attempted swipe an impromptu table several times with no avail, it is definitely recommended to make a booking here during peak lunch and dinner times!
Although, on a Saturday afternoon around 2PM, the Brisbane Bites team was seated with little hassle (although the agreement was that we would be finished and out the door in an hour for the next booking!).

Usually, the prospect of associating with West End’s overwhelming hipster and hippie population is enough to steer me well clear of the admittedly decent restaurants the suburb has to offer. After our experiences at Siam Samrarn, perhaps a second chance is in order?…After all, we were pretty impressed with this Thai restaurant in West End shopping complex.

American cuisine to the max… that’s how I like to put it. And that’s how they serve it up at Chompers, a local chain fast-food eatery with stores in Oxley, Yeronga and Daisy Hill. The Brisbane Bites team hit up the Yeronga eatery with a insatiable desire to devour the Oh My Goodness burger — succulent beef patty with cheese & bacon in-between two Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
