Grill’d Wintergarden — Brisbane CBD

Brisbane Bites Recommendation:

Grilld Wintergarden — Brisbane CBD

For the uninitiated, Grill’d is a burger institution originating from Melbourne that specialises in ‘gourmet’ burgers. Their marketing is progressively chic in its use of nifty catchphrases, and 1950s stylings combined with art-house cartoon graphics. Chingu Restaurant — Fortitude Valley

Chingu is one of a procession of newly opened Korean venues in the Brisbane city area. Like many of its contemporaries, it features understated modern décor and fairly standard Korean (& Japanese) fare. It is located in the Chinatown mall and is, on the whole, quite a pleasant venue.
