Sun­ny­bank is my favorite local place for deli­cious Asian food, this week­end I went with a cou­ple of friends to have Yum Cha and dim sum.


For some of you who were not famil­iar with the term yum cha, it means “Drink Tea” in Can­tonese. While drink­ing Chi­nese tea is the focal point of yum­cha, the con­sump­tion of dim sum is undoubt­edly another of its most essen­tial defin­ing feature.
