Alimentari — Brisbane CBD
I take a tentative nibble of some shaved cheese — a garnish to my steaming bowl of creamy Italian risotto, served up at Brisbane City’s Alimentari on Adelaide. It is surprisingly punchy and bold, yet at the same time it’s creamy and melts in my mouth.
